How do I find out how much my device is worth?
Choose your device and condition to receive your quote!
What condition do you buy devices in?
When you sell your device to iPoint, we need to know what condition it's in. The conditions are either "Excellent", "Good", "Poor" or "Faulty". Each of the condition requirements may vary between devices, so double check that you've selected the correct condition.
Will you still buy my device if it has a cracked screen?
We still buy devices with cracked screens but you'll need to select "Faulty" on the condition.
Will you buy my device if it's scratched?
We still buy devices if they have heavy scratches but you'll need to select "Poor" during checkout.
Do you wipe the data from my phone when you receive it?
Yes, we remove all data from your device to give you total peace of mind when selling with us.
Do you accept lost or stolen cell phones?
We cannot accept lost or stolen phones under any circumstances. If it has been registered lost or stolen, we won't accept it.
I’m sending in an iOS device. Do you have any specific guidance before shipping it?

SHIPPING

How do I ship my device?
Shipping your items is easy and totally FREE. We'll send your FedEx shipping label once you've successfully completed your order. Please only use the provided Shipping Label to send in your device. Tape the prepaid Shipping Label to the package away from any folds or seams.
How should I package my device?
Packaging your device is really easy and only takes a few minutes. The original packaging is by far the best option for sending your device as it's ready made for your device. If you don't have the original packaging, we'd suggest using a sturdy cardboard box and bubble wrap to counteract any potential damage caused in transit. Place your device in an appropriately sized box that has enough room for cushioning material around the contents. Close and gently shake the box. If your device is bouncing around, add more newspaper, packing foam, or cushioning material. iPoint will not be held responsible for damage to your items that may occur during shipping. Tape your box shut and reinforce the seams with 2″ wide tape. Use clear or brown packaging tape, reinforced packing tape, or paper tape.

PAYMENT

How do I get paid?
We instantly pay you via PayPal even before we receive your device. We'll let you know by email once your payment has been sent. Please ensure that your payment details are correct prior to sending your order otherwise your payment could be delayed. PayPal payments will clear within 24 hours.
I haven't received my payment yet. What do I do?
If your PayPal payment hasn't cleared within 24 hours of payment being made, please contact our Customer Service Team.

What do / don't you accept?
We buy consumer and business electronics! From VR sets, smartphones, smartwatches, computers, laptops, tablets, cameras, video game consoles, even network hardware! If it uses electricity, chances are we’ll buy it.
Do you pay more for items that have never been opened or used?
No. We treat all the items you sell to us as second hand.
What happens to my device after you received it?
Our purpose is to increase the reuse of electronics and have them be used for as long as possible, so devices that have a usable life will be put into the hands of a new user. For those devices that have no resale value, they will be responsibly recycled, diverting electronic waste from going into landfills.
